Vice Chairman of Rizhao Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) Hu Zunliang,and His Delegation Visited the Site of Huamao (Rizhao) New Materials Project for Investigation

On November 5th, Hu Zunliang, Vice Chairman of Rizhao Municipal Committee of the CPPCC, visited the site of Huamao (Rizhao) New Materials Project for investigation, accompanied by Liu Shiqin, Member of the Standing Committee of Wulian County Committee and Executive Deputy County Magistrate, as well as other relevant responsible comrades. Xu Rui, Executive Vice President of the Group, accompanied the delegation and gave a detailed report on the project-related situation.

Vice Chairman Hu Zunliang and his delegation went deep into the construction site and gained a detailed understanding of the construction progress, safe construction and other aspects of Huamao (Rizhao) New Materials Project, which includes 700,000 tons of anode material precursors, 300,000 tons of high-tech carbon materials, 20 MW of waste heat power generation and comprehensive utilization of 1.2 million tons of industrial steam. At present, after the completion of the main frame of the office building, the internal and external decoration work is in full swing. Workshop #3 (raw material workshop) and Workshop #1 (production workshop) have been completed and put into use. The main steel structure frame of Workshop #4 (raw material workshop) has been fully erected, and the ground hardening work is advancing in an orderly manner. In addition, the installation of key equipment such as desulfurization equipment, wet electrostatic precipitators and generator sets has been fully launched.

Vice Chairman Hu Zunliang fully affirmed the steady progress of various work of the project and highly recognized the efforts made by the enterprise to actively promote the project construction. He pointed out that the Huamao (Rizhao) New Materials Project holds important strategic significance for the industrial upgrading and economic development of Wulian County. After completion, it will become a new engine for the industrial development of Wulian County. The enterprise should always adhere to the construction concept of high standards and high quality, pay attention to detail management, and build a new materials production base with strong market competitiveness. He emphasized that all departments should continue to pay attention to the project construction, actively coordinate various resources to provide support for the project construction, help the project reach its designed production capacity as soon as possible, and contribute to the economic development of Wulian County.
