Member of the Standing Committee of the Shandong Provincial Party Committee and Secretary-General Fan Bo and His Entourage Visited Huamao (Rizhao) New Materials Project for Research

On 24^th May 2025, Fan Bo, Member of the Standing Committee of the Shandong Provincial Party Committee and Secretary-General of the Shandong Provincial Party Committee, and his entourage, accompanied by Li Zaiwu, Secretary of the Rizhao Municipal Party Committee, Wu Guangfeng, Secretary of the Wulian County Party Committee, and other relevant responsible comrades, visited the site of Huamao (Rizhao) New Materials Project to conduct research and guidance. Xu Liang, Chairman of the HuamaoGroup, accompanied the delegation and gave a detailed report on the project-related situation.

During the research, Chairman Xu Liang gave a systematic report on Huamao (Rizhao) New Materials Project. He not only provided a comprehensive introduction to the development planning, construction progress, product positioning and market prospects of the 700,000-ton negative electrode material precursor project, 300,000-ton high-tech carbon material project, and 1.2 million-ton industrial steam project, but also focused on expounding the core technological highlights of the project: he elaborated on the full-process production technology from raw material processing to finished product output, deeply explained how the waste heat steam power generation system realizes efficient energy recycling, and systematically demonstrated the enterprise's green, low-carbon and environmental protection measures in links such as waste gas treatment, wastewater purification and solid waste resource utilization. Later, accompanied by Chairman Xu Liang, Secretary-General Fan Bo and his entourage went deep into the heat shrinkage workshop to conduct on-site research. During this period, Secretary-General Fan Bo carefully checked the allocation of safety facilities and personnel protection, conducted in-depth exchanges on the cooperation prospects between the enterprise and Trammo Inc. (the world's largest chemical trading and sales company based in the United States), asked in detail about the cooperation model, technological synergy and market expansion plan, and put forward guiding suggestions for the two sides to deepen cooperation.

In the research, Secretary-General Fan Bo highly recognized the safety guarantee work of the project construction. He emphasized that work safety is the foundation of the stable development of enterprises. As a major project of Shandong Province in 2024, Huamao (Rizhao) New Materials Project has attracted wide attention since its launch. Its completion and commissioning will strongly promote the optimization and upgrading of the local economic and industrial structure, and has far-reaching strategic significance for achieving high-quality development. At present, it is the golden period for project construction. Enterprises should coordinate the relationship between development and safety, and all regulatory departments should effectively implement the main responsibility and strengthen safety management and control throughout the whole process of project construction.
