Secretary of the Gansu Provincial Party Committee Hu Changsheng and His Entourage Visited Huamao (Gansu) New Materials Project for Research and Guidance

On 2^nd April 2025, Hu Changsheng, Secretary of the Gansu Provincial Party Committee, Wang Bing, Vice Governor of Gansu Province, and other leading officials, accompanied by Feng Wenge, Secretary of the Tianshui Municipal Party Committee, Li Juxia, Secretary of the Qingshui County Party Committee, and other relevant responsible comrades, visited the site of Huamao (Gansu) New Materials Project for research. Xu Liang, Chairman of Huamao Group, accompanied the delegation throughout the entire process and delivered a report.

At the project site, Secretary Hu Changsheng listened in detail to the reports on the overall planning of the project, industry layout, product advantages, and the operation of production lines and also visited the company's new materials sample exhibition area. In the exhibition area, Chairman Xu Liang gave a detailed introduction to the technical characteristics, application fields, and market prospects of the company's products. Secretary Hu Changsheng not only showed strong interest in the project's technological innovation and product R&D, but also went deep into the frontline of production, inspected the operation of the production line on-site, and had in-depth and warm exchanges with on-site staff.

Secretary Hu Changsheng expressed approval of the vibrant on-site atmosphere where factory workers were busy with production in full swing. He pointed out that as a major industrial construction project in Gansu Province, this project boasts the characteristics of high technology, high growth potential, and high added value, and is of great significance to the high-quality development of the county-level economy. He encouraged the enterprise to strengthen confidence in development, seize development opportunities, stay focused on its goals, operate at full capacity, accelerate the release of production capacity, and take the lead in driving the transformation and upgrading of the industry. Meanwhile, he required relevant departments to effectively advance the "Year of Comprehensive Improvement of Business Environment" initiative, deepen the implementation of "one-stop online handling" and "one-window in-person handling" services, fulfill the key task list of "efficiently completing a task", refine the "designated supervision, assistance and connection" system and the "six mandatory visits" system, strengthen the guarantee of essential factors such as water, electricity, and gas supply, and proactively solve development-related difficulties for enterprises, so as to enable enterprises to lighten their burden and concentrate on development.
