Mr. Hap Palmer, Vice President of the Minerals Division at Koch Industries, and His Delegation Visit Huamao (Rizhao) New Materials Project

On 13^th March 23025, Mr. Hap Palmer, Vice President of the Minerals Division at Koch Industries, Mr. Wang Huijin, Asia-Pacific Director, and their delegation visited the site of the Huamao (Rizhao) New Materials Project for inspection. Ms. Zhou Min, Vice President of Huamao Group, accompanied the delegation throughout the visit and gave a detailed introduction to the project.

As a key project of Shandong Province in 2024, the Huamao (Rizhao) New Materials Project not only has significant advantages in scale but also demonstrates strong potential in technological innovation, industrial chain upgrading, and green and low-carbon development. The project covers four major systems: a 700,000-ton anode material precursor system, a 300,000-ton high-tech carbon material system, a 24-megawatt waste heat power generation system, and a 1.2-million-ton industrial steam system. It features high technological content, a complete industrial chain, and strong market competitiveness. At present, the construction is progressing smoothly: the main structures of construction units such as the fully automatic spiral raw material steel silo and the desulfurization process building have been completed, and the remaining parts are being accelerated. The first phase of the project is expected to be put into production in April 2025, and the entire project is expected to reach full production capacity in October 2025.

Mr. Hap Palmer stated that the factory's overall layout is scientific and its equipment configuration is advanced, which demonstrates the company's careful planning and far-reaching layout for future production links. Meanwhile, he highly praised the project's design concept and environmental protection concept, and noted that the project has great potential in terms of production capacity and scale in the global market. This on-site visit and exchange not only gave them a more intuitive understanding of the factory's construction and production status but also further consolidated their strategic decision to deepen long-term cooperation with Shandong Huamao Holdings Group.

Finally, Ms. Zhou Min said that this visit and exchange have injected new vitality into the cooperation between the two parties.
