On August 23, Rizhao Municipal Standing Committee ,The Municipal Commission Secretary Gao Yonggan and Rizhao City Finance Bureau Director Zhou Shengyuan with the Delegation accompanied by Wulian County Party Secretary Wu Guangfeng, deputy Party Secretary of the County Party Committee, Party Secretary of the county government, county Governor Sun Li and other comrades visited Huamao (Rizhao) New Material Project Research, Huamao Group Chairman Xu Liang accompanied and reported the project situation.

The research team listened attentively to the report on the development plan, construction progress, site management, and safety measures of Huamao (Rizhao) New Materials' 700,000-ton anode material precursor, 300,000-ton high-tech carbon material, and 1.2 million-ton industrial steam projects. They also conducted an on-site inspection to assess the construction status of the projects. Currently, the main structures of the No. 1 calcination workshop, No. 3 raw material workshop, R&D building, and dining building have been completed. The equipment foundations for the raw material warehouse and finished product warehouse, the foundation for the No. 4 production workshop, and the main structure of the office building are all under intense construction.
