Xu Liang, Chairman of the Group, was elected as the Chairman of the Second Council of Petroleum Coke Professional Committee of China Petroleum Circulation Association(CPCA).

On August 23rd, the general meeting of Petroleum Coke Professional Committee of CPCA was held in Rizhao.

More than 50 representatives attended the conference, which considered and passed the Management Measures of Petroleum Coke Professional Committee of CPCA and elected the new council. Mr. Xu Liang, Chairman of Shandong Huamao Holding Group, was elected as the chairman of the second council. Cheng Wenrong, senior manager of Shandong Port International Trade Group Co., Ltd, Hou Zhenhua, deputy general manager of Jinan Wanrui Carbon Co., Ltd, Wang Kai, general manager of Transammonia (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, China, Lin Ye, assistant to the minister of Mitsui & Co., Ltd, and Gui Linlin, general manager of Kabeyi (Shanghai) Trading Co that were chosen as the vice-chairmen. Liu Liguo, Executive Deputy Secretary General of China Petroleum Circulation Association, was elected as Supervisor, Zhou Min, Vice President of Shandong Huamao Holding Group, was elected as Secretary General, Ding Zhaohai, General Manager of Shandong Jialiang International Logistics Company Limited, and Zhen Zongqing, Purchasing Director of Jinan Wanrui Carbon Company Limited, were elected as Deputy Secretary General.

Petroleum Coke Professional Committee is a national, industrial, non-profit professional branch of the Association voluntarily formed by enterprise units, related social groups and individuals registered in China who are engaged in the business of petroleum coke, aiming at implementing the national industrial policy, participating in the implementation of industry management, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of members, and carrying out the work within the scope of the authorization of CPCA.

Liu Liguo, executive deputy secretary-general of China Petroleum Circulation Association, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. He said in his speech, CPCA is approved by the State Council, registered by the Ministry of Civil Affairs, with the legal personality of social groups of the national petroleum circulation industry organizations, belongs to the national level industry associations. The association adheres to the concepts of synergy, service, innovation and win-win, serves the government, society and industry enterprises, and builds a community of interests in the petroleum circulation industry. This conference has successfully elected the second council of Petroleum Coke Professional Committee, expecting that under the leadership of the new council, the Petroleum Coke Professional Committee will insist on the purpose of service, give full play to the role of staff and assistant, build a bridge between the government and the petroleum coke industry, and promote the industry's development with solid and effective work.

Xu Liang, Chairman of Shandong Huamao Holding Group, made a statement on behalf of the second council. In his speech, he said that the new council will continue to uphold an open and cooperative attitude, unite and lead the majority of member units, closely focusing on the national industrial policy, regulating the industry's behavior by formulating and releasing the rules and regulations of the industry, and jointly promoting the progress of the petroleum coke industry. The Council will widely listen to the opinions of member units, gather the wisdom and strength of the whole industry, build a communication bridge between the industry and the government, and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the petroleum coke market.
