Black Silicon Carbide (Black SiC) is the product of quartz sand and petroleum coke electric melting at high temperature in an electrical resistance furnace. The grains of Black Silicon Carbide are hexagonal crystals that are extremely hard, sharp, friable, and high strength (at 1000℃, SiC is 7.5 stronger than Al2O3), and have excellent electrical and thermal conductivity and low thermal expansion. 

  Green silicon carbide granular sand is a high hardness nonmetallic mineral product produced by using quartz sand (SiO2), petroleum coke (C) and sodium chloride (Na CL) as basic materials at a temperature of 1800°C or higher. It has the characteristics of particle shape, high particle density. The particle are with high cleanliness surface, low expansion coefficient, large brittleness and excellent thermal conductivity. 

  Black/ Green Silicon Carbide are mainly use for Abrasive and Grinding tools, Grinding of electronic product, Refractory, Special Ceramic, Additive modification of Coated Plastic, Grinding Wheel, Cutting Blade, Auto Spare Parts, Semiconductors, Military Aviation etc. 

The content of our silicon carbide could be 97%, 95%, 88%-90%, 80%-85%, 70%-75%, 65%-60% etc. 

The grit are mainly 0-10mm, 0-5mm, 0-3mm, 0-1mm, 0-200#, etc. Also can be customized according to the special requirements of clients.
